Terms of Service

By accessing or using MCS Cloud Service, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

MCS Cloud Service provides information technology services including but not limited to:

• ▸Private Cloud and Virtual Server services
• ▸Data Center services (Colocation, Dedicated Server)
• ▸Network design and implementation
• ▸Backup and Disaster Recovery services
• ▸Cybersecurity and Managed Services
• ▸IT consulting (System Integration)

As a user, you agree to:

• ▸Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and use
• ▸Maintain the security of your account credentials and passwords
• ▸Use services in compliance with Thai and applicable international laws
• ▸Pay for services according to the terms agreed upon in your contract

You may not use our services for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose, including:

• ▸Cyber attacks, hacking, or unauthorized system access attempts
• ▸Distributing malware, spam, or illegal content
• ▸Infringing on the intellectual property of others
• ▸Exceeding resource limits defined in your service package
• ▸Any actions that may damage systems or affect other users

MCS Cloud Service shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to the SLA agreed upon in your contract.

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time. We will notify you via our website or email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms of service are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
